Main Duties :
– Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments; manage the day-to-day activities of a team of 7-10 full stack developers, including team leaders, senior developers and developers.
– Management of developmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team.
– Oversee and manage multiple healthcare and hospital management systems.
– Work closely with developer team to architect and develop the best technical design and approach as a hands- on technical leader.
– Works closely with managers, team leaders from Business Development Office, QA Office and Operations  Office and all project development stakeholders to develop project plans, and participates in resource planning and project delivery commitments.
– Develops, evaluates, and implements improved processes, methods and tools to continually improve system delivery effectiveness.
– Manage day to day work allocation to the development team, guide and mentor the team, be hands-on whenever required.
– Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management team of FWTA.
– Raise the bar on technical excellence, show thought leadership and communicate well with various stakeholders.
– Specifies systems architecture, application design, systems integration methods, and data migration tools and techniques
– Coordinates with QA testing staff to ensure comprehensive test coverage, effective performance and load tests, timely resolution of issues, and other actions to assure delivery of quality software.
– Bring in all latest technologies to meet products enhancement of FWTA (existing and new ones).

Requirements
– Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
– 10+ years of working experience in designing and system development, mobile and web applications.
– At least 5 years of working experience in managing and leading a team of 7-10 full stack developers.
– Excellent knowledge and skills in database analysis and design.
– Strong coding abilities, architecture, debugging, and performance/diagnostics measurement skills.
– Having successful experience in building and managing large, scalable web based systems by application of Laravel, Symfony, Zend frameworks and PHP Language.
– Excellent knowledge of OOP.
– Demonstrating strong ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrating strong ability to interpret complex technical issues into simple and application for the development.

Requirements:

Business Development Assignments
– Drive the development of healthcare and hospital operating systems of FWTA.
– Hold meetings with potential clients to discuss their business solutions demand and then develop business solutions proposal for the prospect clients
– Design and manage structured roadmap feedback process from customers to Technology Development Teams.
– Take role as FWTA’s business solutions expert in strategic customer sales conversations.
– Build and manage good relationship with FWTA’s top customers.
– Responsible for overseeing operational communications and building reliable and dependable channels of communication on behalf of the organization with existing and potential clients to solve all busisness and technical problems faced by clients.
– Act as focal person to coordinate with all management team members of FWTA to host meetings to engineer new products as required by existing and prospect clients and also to discuss the improvement of the existing products of FWTA.

Clients Support and Training Assignments
– Lead the development of clients support strategic plan and implement it effectively
– Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of Clients Support and Training Office to ensure its smooth run and on-time response to the demand of clients and their business needs
– Support and manage all System Support Advisors to respond any requests of clients
– Provide capacity strengthening to all System Support Advisors to have good and in-depth knowledge of the system which s/he is handing with client(s) so that s/he can be a professional service provider to clients as client’s business needs
– Coordinate with new and existing clients to provide them the system use support in effective manners
– Support the establishment of training/orientation programs of System Support Advisor for clients
– Establish good communication with all clients to collect their feedbacks and requires about the system and login to register them into the system for business development of FWTA.
Review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly supports of all System Support Advisors to clients
– Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of client’s feedbacks to the Management Team of FWTA for business development and timely manner support to clients
– Lead and join the delivery of the system use training to clients
– Visit clients and client’s problems and provide solution
– Communicate with all clients to learn the system use support of System Support Advisors as inputs to coach them to be more professional in client support and training
– Join client visit of business development team/in charge person to learn the problems/issues faced by clients and provide clients the solution and produce it as back-to-office report for FWTA- Management Team to take response actions
– Join the business development of FWTA and provide inputs for the business growth of FWTA.

Requirements:
– University degree in IT or Business Administration.
– Master Degree is preferred.
– 8+ years of working experience in the field of IT business development, clients support and trainings.
– 4+ years of working experience in managerial position in a technology-related business.
– Good knowledge of healthcare system and hospital operating management.
– Good business negotiation, business convincing and influencing
– Demonstrate ability to simplify complete business products into simpler and applicable ones.
– Demonstrate proficiency with complex technology; technical troubleshooting aptitude a plus.

– Collect all financial and accounting related requirements of clients in according with their business development/uniqueness and then key them in the requirements system for Business Development and Training Team and Technology Development Team and the Management Team of FWT
– Develop training materials and programs for assigned clients after the license use agreement signed
– Provide training and strengthen capacity of all system users of clients on how to use the system and keep ongoing technical backstops as demanded and required.
– Develop Clients Support Planning to support clients in fast and proper support manner
– Support the effective implantation of Clients Support Strategy of FWTA

Main Duties :
Sales Management Assignments
– Develop and lead the Solutions Advisor Team to sell the systems products and services of FWTA to meet and exceed the sales quotas
– Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas for the existing and new products and service of FWTA and project expected sales volume and profits
– Oversee day-to-day sales performance of the Solutions Advisor Team and strengthen/motivate the Solutions Advisor Team to perform their sales to reach the setting quotas (as team and by individuals)
– Review daily, weekly, quarterly and annual sales plan and the sales plan of the Solutions Advisor Team and the sales report of the Solutions Advisor Team and then provide them inputs for effective sales planning
– Support the sales team members to close the case when the Solutions Advisor Team requests for assistance
– Lead the sales team to support the implementation strategy of new business concepts and business models through various channels and partners to position business as innovator and leading.
– Provide inputs and join the development of the Solutions Advisor Team to meet business growth of FWTA as required
– Assess business of prospective clients and develop sales proposals for them
– Visit marketing faculty of recognized universities in Cambodia and recruit marketing trainees and interns

Sales Assignments
– Go out to do face-to-face meeting with key/potential clients to present and to sell the system products and service to them
– Build network and relationship with business partners to present them the existing products and service of FWTA and tie sales network/cooperation with them to bolster sales quotas.

– University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or equivalent
– 7+ years of working experience in the field of sales, customer service and business development
– 3+ years of working experience in sales supervision position.

– Executive sales plan as assigned by Sales Manager in order to meet sales quotas.
– Arrange business meetings and following up with prospective clients.
– Understand customers’ specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs
– Provide consultation and supports to customers and to offer clear advice and solutions wherever possible
– Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the system products and service articulately and confidently
